Very useful for SMD soldering - great customer service!
I bought this for observing SMD soldering which is soldering very tiny electronic components. It is a must to check for shorts and solder blobs on the tiny pins of some integrated circuits. It works for that and is now a critical part of my tool set for this type of soldering.
The wifi connection to my iPhone works really well allowing me to place the magnified image of the circuit board wherever I need. It also works using USB on a computer.
Customer service is great. When I complained that the wifi didn't work on my first microscope, they sent another that worked great. I have quite a few SMD soldering projects and this microscope is an essential tool. Also, easy to use with complete instructions.
