I have been in need of a tripod for a while now and I after using this tripod for the last few months I am very glad I made the choice I did. I have traveled and taken this tripod to some pretty rugged locations and it has withheld everything I have thrown at it and performed beautifully. Everything works perfectly and all of the joints lock up tight. The weight is just right so that even on a mountain peak with a stiff breeze I am able to get great stability which turns into great photographs!

This tripod is first-class, well-made. I just got it 2 days ago, with top-notch Amazon service. I especially like the versatility of the center post, going horizontal as necessary, for macro or just a different perspective.

Worded great for some late night moon shots. Moved around a lot with no problem. Used a lot so far with no problems all locks and levers very easy to get to and use.

This is a well built and sturdy tripod. The cold shoe is easy to remove in a hurry. It is easy to setup and extend the legs and collapsing them is just as simple.

I've owned this for a couple of months so far, and it's really doing the job I bought it for. The transverse center extension makes it easy for me to film up close videos on my desk at a *good angle*. The center mount is cleverly integrated into the tripod, whether in-use or not in-use. Use this as a regular tripod or with the integrated extension, it's great.It's easy to adjust the legs, swivel, ball mount, and I actually like the color scheme a lot.I've started using this tripod over my other tripod (without the transverse center extension) because it's just more flexible to use.It'd be great if both of my tripods used the same quick mount system, but they don't unfortunately. So the quick connector compatibility would be one thing to be aware of. I really don't know whether this tripod or my other one as a standard quick mount type, but they are different to be sure.

Great tripod. Compact and light given the size it expands to and features. The arm is slightly less useful than I would have expected just because of the physics of hanging a large heavy camera of to one side. But still very useful and worth having. Love the tripod. I don’t plan on using the monopod

I use this for a studio to keep my cameras in the same spot 24/7 and for that it's great. If you're moving around and using them they would be heavy, like for mobile photography, but other than that they are very well made and have wonderful features for the price.One nagging detail is that I'm not a huge fan of the clip lock style leg angle adjustments. They work fine, but aren't great.

Took almost 5 days to arrive, but it's exactly what I expected. Solid tripod. Highly recommended.
