I love the way this matches my silver x100vi. The metal is almost the exact same color and finish so it blends perfectly with it. I also very often use a MCUV filter with all my cameras as it provides minimal effects to the picture while providing an extra layer of protection to the lens glass itself. I do understand that because you use the square hood it does not allow for filter stacking but to me that is okay as I personally dont like to stack filters on small cameras like this to keep it as simple as possible.
Overall i think the build quality is good and MCUV filter is clear and provides a layer of protection.

Excellent quality UV filer and lens cap/cover.
Perfect fit on Fuji X100VI, and should provide weather seal.
Light and easy to apply
Recommend.

This kit is probably one of the nicer ones out there that is completely tool-less to install! The color is pretty well matched and the square hood looks fantastic. While yes, this type of outwardly opening funnel shape square hood will block a good chunk of your optical viewfinder but it's not an issue with the EVF. Thanks to the hood being fixed with a tightening screw on the side like a lot of classic camera hoods, it's easy to remove whenever you do want to. The lens cap is a friction fit but it fits nicely and quietly.
The lens filter is also really nice. It's a Nano-X filter which is the higher end ones from K&F which has excellent optical qualities. I don't have magnetic filters of this size to test with it but, owning some other K&F magnetic filters for different cameras/lenses I know they work pretty effectively and do some great convenience in workflow. Despite being a magnetic filter, still having the filters to use regular 52mm filters is also really great since some magnetic filters forgo the screw-on filter compatibility.
Overall, I really do enjoy this little kit and the only real downside is how the camera is more bulky afterwards, but it does a great job all in all at eliminating at least some directional light sources from the lens.

I'm very impressed with this. The X100 range cameras are not cheap so it's nice to protect them and - if I'm honest - to make them look even cooler :D
You can see from my video what this looks like and how solid and well made it is.

In addition to protecting the lens from dust and scratches, the UV filter absorbs ultraviolet light, achieving sharper images and more accurate colors. There is some noticeable improvement in photos, especially on sunny days, but this is to be expected with this type of filter. An important detail to remember is that you must remove the original mounting ring before installing the filter. Unfortunately, it is not possible to mount other standard filters on top of this UV filter, but it has a 52mm thread for mounting the K&F magnetic filter system or the lens hood. Since the lens hood is screw-on, you must turn it tightly until you find the right fit, which is why I prefer lens hoods with fixed mounting points.
