Took my time to review this to help others make a purchase decision.

Get it. I’ve had 2x of the flimsy, cheap tripods under $50 and both are broken now. Looking back, it’s a waste of money to get those.

I like this K&F stuff. In comparison to my old tripods, K&F’s tripod feels more expensive than its selling price.

Great value for the money. Does everything you could want. Technically variable camera position from below the feet to as high as I (6’1”) can reach. Though you’d never really want it that high in practice. Problem I had is with so many moving parts, some don’t tighten and grip hard enough to hold my camera -avg dslr steady, and it gets lots of wobble.
Also - BIGGEST COMPLAINT - the quick release plate rubber is already disintegrating after using it once. Thoroughly disappointed at that, but happy with the rest.

My first tripod I received, one of the locking pieces on the leg was broken. It was replaced no problem so I could try it with my lighting set up. They work great! It extends long enough and holds the lighting and/or my camera greatly! One of the legs detaches for a “monopod”, but I like the one I bought better. Will buy again since I don’t need to spend $200 on one tripod when I can get a quality product like this for less than 1/2 that.

Used it for hunting to mount binos and spotting scope. Works perfect for a 5'11" person

The tripod is much better than the plastic ones that I’ve purchased in the past month. I have purchased almost 3 tripods and they were too flimsy and did not hold up really well and I just didn’t feel like the quality was there. This one pass the test right away because it comes in a very durable and well made carry case and I’m happy that I don’t have to purchase that separately. The tripod while heavier than the plastic ones is lightweight. The feet have added traction so it’s good for use outside because the tripod stays in its place. The easy flip locks were a little bit sharp but my husband fix that for me somehow and it has been doing fine since then. I use this with my Sony A6600 and no issues. The tripod extends to 78inches which is quite tall to take photos from most angles. My husband does professional photography and he said he was actually impressed by this tripod.

Feet will come unscrewed on you, watch out for that! First use I noticed them loose, tightened them as best I could, but by the end of a 1 hour hike with it strapped to my camera bag 2 of the 3 feet had loosened again and fallen off somewhere on the trail, lost forever. So if you buy this make sure to put some loctite on the threads of the feet before using it. Company at least has sent me replacement, has taken a month to get it but at least it's free.
