The factory sound quality isn't particularly good. To change that, you have to enter 8 for "BIT RATE" in "FACTORY.TXT". Previously the value was 3. For "GAIN" you should use 0. Previously it was 5. My screenshot shows the values I use to achieve the best sound quality.

The sound quality is crystal clear, even in large lecture halls.Its compact size fits perfectly in my pocket, making it convenient to carry around. The battery life is impressive, lasting through multiple classes without needing a recharge.

This is by far the most helpful little gadget I have ever got my husband ! He works hard all day long , so notes need to be taken when talking to others. He says them to his device then by the end of the day can complete reports with accuracy. Love it, deff give it a try.

This device is compact, and comes with a cool carry strap. It is simple to charge, comes with it's own charge cable, and connects easily to my Google Phone to review my recordings. Very simple to use, literally just flip the switch on to begin recording and off to end. Audio picks up far distances, my kids were in the living room with the TV on and it picked up that audio as well. This would be great for a college student to use during lecture, or a hiring manager for interviews, or really anything needing recorded. Overall, great product!

The only thing I would change is it would be nice if there was some sort of lock code on it from The beginning so people can’t listen to it.

Extremely clear recording but only seems to do 10 mins, doesn’t continuously record, I think it’s the battery charge doesn’t last long, but for short recording it’s amazing

This voice recorder has exceeded my expectations, I never imagined it would be so good, I use it to record conferences and it has proven to be the best of all I have had, the durability of the battery and storage have been incredible, with 9800 hours of duration and 132 GB of storage it can record for days without the need to recharge or transfer files, it is activated by voice and the clarity of the sound is spectacular it is very clear and sharp. The recorder is very light and discreet since it fits easily in a pocket or can be easily in a place without attracting attention. Anyway super recommended, I would buy it again 1000 times more, do not hesitate if you need a sound recorder this is your best option.
