I bought this to take to doctors appointments and it worked great. I was able to go back and relisted to everything the doc and I discussed. Voices were clear. I plan to use this for meetings at work in addition to doctors appointments. There are a couple of options for recording but I used the voice activation in this situation. Download and playback were easy if you have done that on a computer previously.
