For such a price,it does the job. Easy to use and I only get an X pattern only after going above maximum on the stop ring with my Sony 28-70 f3.5-f5.6 . I dislike the fact that it does not stop at max and min and instead just spins all around because you always have to look on the ring to see if you are between min and max so you don't get the X pattern, but again I'm fine with that for the money.

This is the first variable ND filter I have brought and it does the job. Seems well made, and means I can use a lower F stop. The only issue is it does have a bit of an warm tone to the filter which you can easily correct by lowering the temperature in post. For this price I was expecting some colour shift so I’m happy with it.

The MD filter is easy to set up with your camera. I used it with my Canon M6. I tested it out making a video outside using the filter. I found it worked well and helped me lower the Aperture Aperture using my lens.

I got this because I wanted to have 1/50 shutter speed and a wide aperture in an outdoor shooting environment - I am video recording. It works well. One thing you should know, you cannot put your kit lens lid on this filter, otherwise you need to remove it.

OH MY GOSH IS IT SO SEXY. I WAS TURNING THE FILTER ROUND ALL DAY JUST SEEING THE TINT CHANGE. Anyway I haven’t taken any photos with this yet but as soon as I do I’ll be uploading them here.

I've been a pro photographer for nearly 30 years and have carried bags of ND filters around, wishing for something like this. I was quite surprised by how good this is. It has saved me time and space in my camera bag. No more faffing around with switching filters, now I just turn it. Well made, too. Would definitely recommend it.

I was afraid there would be problems of being a variable ND with strange effects and no problems. Neither in the corners nor on the ND400, the truth is that it comes as a pleasant surprise for its price. It may have a little green tint, but with a correction of nothing in Premiere I solved it, between 5 and 10 points in the hues tab towards magenta and that's it. Highly recommended, it just takes a stop like the ND2 and ND32 models I usually use.
