I can recommend this camera. It is excellent for outdoor memories if there is plenty of light and you don't want to drain your phone's battery. It's also fantastic for your kids if they are looking into becoming filmmakers.

The video quality is great, i was very surprised.

I was also impressed with everything you get in the box.
Aside from the handle and lens hood, you get large batteries, a remote control, HDMI cable and a charger for the batteries. It even has a battery powered microphone for better sound.

The camera is very easy to setup and use.

...but adequate for use and not pricey like dealer equivalents.

CONS:
-depending on the type of project, it could be of better quality
-no SD card included but this is kind of standard
-boom microphone is okay, but it is still better than without one
-charges through the camcorder so you can't use it while on the go. Wish there was a separate charger just for the batteries
-the charging cable is outdated. It uses a micro USB. USB-C would have been nice and making it more versatile.
-the UI/ user interface is pretty flimsy. Definitely has that 90s vibe, but this didn't really affect the quality produced.
-the chimes when turning it on and maneuvering through the settings may become inferior overcome, but you can set the sounds to "OFF" for a better experience.

I would highly recommend this for anyone looking for something inexpensive but still able to produce 4K 60 quality videos. This is ideal for beginners, but I have friends who like to "retro" their music videos with similar setups so this is welcoming from all experiences. Overall, this is a pretty nice camcorder with everything you need that is included, and it is great for small video projects.

I wanted a 4K camcorder without breaking the bank. Rolled the dice on this one and I am not disappointed. The features it offers are at par with professional camcorders that cost hundreds of dollars. It is light and compact yet yields stunning footage. I like how it allows me to snap photos while video recording. It saves the footage on two different files: one for video and the other for pics. I also like the timelapse mode. Great camcorder on a budget.

Easy to use. Great for short videos and quality is great compared to an iPhone camera.

This is a good beginner camera with accessories included like handle, external microphone, carrying case and lens hood in one package.

Pros: comes complete with accessories, 2 batteries, lightweight and professional looking. SD card allows for high capacity and 4K videos. Touch screen, remote control and adjustable monitor screen inverts image when flipped all the way around “selfie” view.

Cons: external mic works well but needs to be turned up all the way to get normal levels of audio.
