This filter will give you nice dreamy shots eveytime with no visible color distortion. I love the matte finish on the rings that help to make sure they come off just as easy as they go on every time. If it says K&F on the box you can expect quality every time.

I use this filter for one of my Tamron zoom lenses. I like the subtle softening effect for portraits, especially in an outdoor setting, where there's a lot of contrast. I don't recommend it too much outside of portraits or nature photography, since that is when I think the softening effects looks best. The lens itself is really good quality, and screws in easy. You can even screw it in and layer it with other k&f lenses

So far all of my K&F Concept purchases have been satisfactory and this filter is no exception.

- Mounting the lens was smooth
- The White Diffusion effect is barely noticeable. In fact, I had to compare back and forth to see the difference. It is more noticeable on strong lights and contrast, for example, at night.
- Ironically, the coating seems to improve the contrast in many situations as it cuts out the glare. Luckily the contrast is mostly good and actually helps me take better photos.

Overall the filter is a win for me and stays on my lens most of the time.

Adds a really cool dreamy effect to my photos. Glass is nice and clear and I'm really happy with this. I also have tha black mist filter and this is nice to change it up once in awhile.

Bought this to give photos a more natural tonal rolloff as I find digital to look quite clinical.

For night shots this gives photos a much more filmic look, point light sources bloom quite a bit which I like. For evenly lit scenes this wont do much if anything.

Really enjoying the results.

Like with most everything K&F Concept makes, I love this thing!

I make YouTube videos with my son. He's got quite an imagination and I wanted this to see if we could pull off a dream sequence.

The filter arrived in a nice box containing a plastic carrying case with the filter inside. It was well packaged and nothing was damaged. They also include three microfiber clothes, which is great, but I'm starting to accumulate too many of them!

I put the filter on my camera and after playing with it for a bit, found that there are certain types of lighting situations that make this more effective. In some situations, I could barely notice the filter.

We haven't tried to film a dream sequence yet, but I'm figuring out how to get the most out of this filter and I'm sure we'll come up with something soon.

I really like this filter and would recommend it!

Nice 82mmm soft white diffusion filter that fits the majority of my Nikon Z lenses.

It gives a nice effect to portraits of women where it smooths-out and suppresses fine detail (especially in the highlights) while lowering the overall contrast for a dreamy look..

This diffusion filter is used for daytime/light photography such as landscape, portrait, pets, etc. If you do it inside or when there isn’t much light, you won’t see too much of a difference. Depending on the strength of the filter, it really softens the bright lights and can create a smoothing effect on skin. A strong filter strength can help create some really pretty misty photos for product photography or fantasy fairy type photos.

I love comparing mist filters and K&F are currently the main filter company in my kit.
This white mist filter is adds a nice bloom to the highlights but it doesn't seem to raise the shadow detail like a black mist filter does.
This is almost always on my 135 as it is perfect for portraits.

K&F Concept has been doing a good job of providing quality accessories at a price that non-professionals can afford. This filter is no exception. The build quality is excellent, and to my untrained eye, the image quality is great. I also like that it comes in a hard plastic case.

This filter provides an even overall softening of the image, and causes specular highlights to bloom. If you don't have hot spots in the image, you might not see much of an effect with this filter though. To that end, I think even using a polarizing filter in conjunction with it might lessen the effect too. Overall though, while I wouldn't use this filter all the time, I like the effect is has in certain situations.
