I give 4 stars because they do not reduce or remove surface or diffuse reflections. They have an aperture stop of about 2/3 of a stop. So that's beneficial enough for me not to use windows, lights or anything that needs to be adjusted.

Adhesive worked well on glass with minimal problems with bubbles. Transparency and extinction were both as expected.

The polarizing sheet was comparatively priced, manufactured well and worked very well with the experiments I wanted it for. the package surprised me with a free gift I did not expect to help keep it clean and keep it clear. I cannot see it being better for what I needed and expected

This is good polarized film - and a good size. I would give it 4.5 stars and would give it 5 if another tint level was available.

Brought my old sunburnt fish finder back to life. Couldn't see anything in front of the blank screen after turning that on, I can see it in full sun and at night with the backlight on.

Works well for Honda ES 4 wheels. Just a little dimmer than the factory but still bright enough to see. You will get air bubbles as others have said but better than no display at all. Had to put a piece on the back of the LCD and also on the front to make it work.

Watch out for anadromous fish. Having a film of this size helped, as good as my polarized sunglasses in my opinion, albeit a little darker. I was able to use the film in front of my phone lens and make films of herring migrations. As other users have pointed out, remove the shipping film and the film works better from one side than the other.
