knew that there was no industry standard in these magnetic filter specifications, and so magnetic filters (and also magnetic thread adapter rings and magnetic lens caps) from different manufacturers don't always "stick" when mixed together. So I was concerned whether this K&F magnetic CPL filter and K&F magnetic thread adapter ring are compatible with the Urth-brand magnetic filters and a magnetic thread adapter that I already was using. I am happy to report that, at least in this 77mm filter size that I tested, the K&F and Urth magnetic filters seem totally compatible / interchangeable: - I was able to attach Urth magnetic filters to this K&F magnetic thread adapter - I was able to attach this K&F CPL filter to an Urth magnetic thread adapter. - I was able to stack the K&F and Urth filters magnetically Aside from the magnetic properties, this K&F CPL filter seem to work as expected. It has nice and even anti-reflection coatings, and didn't seem to impart any offensive/unexpected color cast as it removed glare from shiny leaves and darkened blue sky. I have no complaints. So I would like to give this K&F magnetic CPL filter + magnetic thread adapter 5 stars.

First things first, its maximum polarizing effect is not as great as my b&w polarizer. But that's not really important. Why? Because I rarely go for maximum polarized effect; I adjust my filter to what looks "right." More importantly, it's much easier to use than my other polarizer. The magnetic mount lets me pop it in with complete ease in microseconds. Plus, because of all the twisting I'd do with my previous polarizer, it sometimes would get stuck so tight, it was a pain to take off (when you try to twist it off, your grip would slip because you'd be twisting the turning part of the filter). Not a deal killer by any means, a little elbow grease would get it off, but again you lose precious seconds which often leads me to not putting it on my camera it at all, a lot of times. With this, that's a non-issue. I should add that, even though I mentioned that the max polarizing effect isn't quite as strong as my other filter, it's still quite strong, and the optical quality is terrific as well. Highly recommended.

This is a beautiful filter that’s part of their easy magnetic attachment system and it comes with a magnetic adapter which can be used for most brands of magnetic filters. fit and finisher excellence and the optical quality is additionally excellent. The polarizing ring turns very smoothly and easily without slipping on the magnet. This is a very precision machine piece. It’s excellent at eliminating glare which can be very difficult to remove with post processing software.

Review of K&F Concept 52mm Magnetic CPL Filter + Magnetic Basic Ring Kit Waterproof Scratch Resistant Circular Polarizer Filter with 28 Multi-Coatings for Camera Lens (Nano-X Series) I love the idea of a magnetic filter ring, it makes filter changing so quick and easy. This item is well machined, had good optics and slips together very smoothly. Now that I have a magnetic ring I can look for magnetic filters for my 52mm lenses. Or if I get a different magnetic filter and ring I can setup my other 52 mm camera lens and change filters between them. Nice equipment. I can recommend this.

Bought for long exposure works well so far. When I use the filter I can achieve the desired effect. I think I will use this filter more often in the future.
I wasn't sure about the price at first, but that quickly changed once I started using them. I had tried the K&F in the next price range up, but found I couldn't justify it for my purely amateur photography.
If you want good quality at a reasonable price these are worth a look. If you are more professional/business oriented then you don't need reviews made by amateurs like me on Amazon.
All in all, I highly recommend these filters!

They can make the difference between a good picture and a great picture. I just started getting the magnetic filters that just pop in place without having to threading them on. So far they are super handy especially with neutral density filters where you cant always see what your shooting because they are so dark. They cost a bit but they seem worth it It is a good idea to get a large diameter filter and adapters for them in case you have other size lenses or if you upgrade to a larger lenses. I hope my review is helpful.

bought this as I needed a good high quality CPL since I switched from Canon to Fujifilm last year. When I shot Canon R bodies I used the drop in filter system that Canon made and I had the ND as well as their CPL and now I have a good one to use with my new Fujifilm gear. As always I recommend buying larger than your largest lens needs and then get a set of step up rings so you can use the one filter with ALL your lenses.

With a large fleet of lenses, I have several sets of amateur and semi-professional photographic filters, but none of them with magnetic attachment. Consequently, I couldn't help but try this K&F set.
From this well-known Chinese brand I also had the opportunity to try an ultra-low reflection CPL filter, always 67mm, but the one included in this kit is of much higher quality. I won't waste time describing the technical characteristics, since the performance of a filter depends not only on these factors, but also on the conditions in which it was taken and the type of photos you want to take. I'm just saying that all the filters in the magnet kit were higher than my expectations. In fact, this is not the usual amateur kit, the quality of these filters has nothing to envy to that of a high-end product.

Great for epic skies, a quick twist to adjust polarization.
Also super thin means no vignetting at 14mm on my lens.
I couldn't be happier, I bought the 82mm size.

I've had all the DSLR cameras, but I wanted a CPL for my bridge camera. Initially, I bought a cheap one because I didn't know how much I would use it, especially for landscapes. However, the camera is so light and versatile that I find I now use the DSLR very little. So I've been looking for improved filters for the bridge. The CPL is of course the most important, so I tried that right off the bat, and I was not disappointed. Yes, I could spend a fortune on really good filters, but for an enthusiastic hobbyist in advanced years, this will do just fine. I've been using it for a few weeks and have been very pleasantly surprised with the results. Very good value for money.
A step up from my "cheap" one
