If you google whether a UV filter is worth it or not you will find many people saying they ruin your photos, I never found that. I took identical pictures with and without a filter in all sorts of conditions and there was no difference at all. A case for the filter is also included, which is very useful

Bought to protect kit lenses Since these are kit lenses, performance isn't that important. I have used several K&F products up until now and had no problems, so I chose this protective filter.

The filter is nice and flat, the glass is impeccable. The screw thread fits perfectly into the thread of the lens and the lens cap grips easily. I could not determine any distortion of the colors in comparison shots. I use it to protect the front lens; I hope he lives up to his intended task.
