I have the Tiffen Promist 1/2 filter and found it too intense for what I needed so I tried the K&F 1/4. It was supposed to be less intense and softer than the Promist 1/2 but I was wrong!!! The effect is stronger. The good thing is that K&F has no flare, which is exactly what happens with Promist. I ended up having to return it because the effect was stronger than I wanted, but keep in mind that the effect is more pronounced compared to Promist. In the end I think it's a matter of trying until you find the right one for your type of work!

Very happy with this filter. The effect is soft but very beautiful. I had tried others that did next to nothing, but that's the very nice touch they add highlights. Very happy with K&F and all the filters I have from this brand

It costs almost half a tiffen and works just as well. The build is really nice and I love the protective case. I went to Vegas and took some shots of Freemont Street at night and they came out perfect. Great buy

Very good design and still better price than other pro products, the magnet must be strong but luckily it fell on the glass once

Easy to use, easy to install, compatible with lens cap and lens hood. Fog filters are used to add cinematic flair to your photos or videos. Diffusion filters around your lights or objects like a misty "dreamy" halo. I definitely recommend adding this filter to your collection!

You can't say excellent value for money as filters from other well-known brands cost the same (or a small difference), but you have a quality filter on hand. It does exactly what it was made to do without changing colors in the slightest or introducing chromatic aberrations. I use it in video where it's very helpful in spreading out the highlights and giving the film that classic cinematic feel.

bought the 43mm to use with my Voightlander 35 MC mounted on my Xpro3. Comparable to other more expensive nebula filters on the market. However, I cannot mount and hold the lens when it is on. This can also apply to you if you want to use it with a vintage lens.

1/4 is not that strong during the day, fog only shows up when there is a direct light source

I was doubting between this and another brand. But I don't regret my choice at all. The quality is very good and the air filter is solid. So do it!
