Versatile camera backpack with minor weaknesses
The order took a bit more time - but the backpack was there within 4 days. Fortunately, there were barely any noticeable “plastic-adhesive chemical processing odors” when unpacking.
The K&F Concept photo backpack actually offers impressive versatility and sophisticated equipment for photographers/videographers who travel a lot. With its generous 30L volume, you can easily accommodate multiple cameras, lenses, accessories and even a drone. There is also a separate compartment for a 16-inch laptop — ideal for trips or longer shoots.
The layout of the interior is very flexible (perhaps too flexible...) and can be adapted to your own needs using removable partitions. The combination of the upper and lower compartments for particularly large equipment is also a plus point. The quick side access is really helpful in practice, as you don't have to open the entire backpack every time to get to the camera.
I'm less impressed by the front access across the entire backpack: The Velcro straps don't look particularly durable, and I'm afraid that they will wear out quickly if used frequently. However, it is positive that you can still access the content via the pages. The design could also have been a bit slimmer for my taste — the backpack looks a bit bulky in depth and not 100% dimensionally stable...
The carrying system with hip and chest strap ensures a relatively comfortable fit, even on longer distances. The included rain cover and robust, water-repellent material make you feel safe in changeable weather — yet the workmanship does not leave the same solid impression as some premium brands.
All in all, a well-thought-out, functional camera backpack with many features that offers a very good price-performance ratio — with minor compromises in terms of durability and design.
