Great Customer Service
I bought this late November of 2022. Installation was very easy. I did not use the rear camera. Video was very good, front and cabin. The only problem was the audio. It captured the sound of the car over the conversations. Probably because it was secured to the windshield. The suction cup broke off October 26th 2023. I sent an email to IIWEY on October 28th and received a replacement suction cup on November 4th. You can see the new one attached to the camera and the broken one next to it. Another drawback is I had it mounted to the left of my rear view mirror and when I put the sun visor down it blocked the cabin camera. 4 stars because of the audio problem.
