Overall very satisfied with the filter. Great quality. I bought the 52mm version. Used 2 of my kit lenses and no problems. Very easy to install and remove from the lens. Easy to clean. Should last a long time.

Overall, I am satisfied with this K&F model, which dims the light sources at night and creates a pleasant atmosphere during the day. I use it with an Xpro-1 which makes a combo with an analog rendering for a digital camera.

The 1/8 thickness makes for a nice subtle scattering of your footage. It helps to highlight your shadows slightly while maintaining a little bit of contrast, and gives the highlights a subtle bloom.

This K&F Black Diffusion Filter is an excellent kit. It reduces the contrast, makes the black tones a little grayer and ensures a gentle bloom around the highlights. There are four filter strengths available; from weakest to strongest, they are 1/8, 1/4, 1/2, and 1. This 1/8 filter is the weakest, but it still makes a noticeable difference to the look of the pictures you take with it.

Magnets are magic. Don't get me wrong, these magnets just aren't quite as strong as I would prefer for something covering my expensive glass. The Black Soft Diffusion Filter is interesting. Wouldn't be my first choice next time, but it offers an interesting softening of light sources like campfires, night lights, etc. A bit spooky, but subtle.
